This services includes the removal and disposal of the older equipment from the premises.

Remove & Replace Installation Includes:

  • Complete removal of old system and installation of new system
    adapting to the existing drain system or condensate pump after assuring it drains properly
  • Adapting to the existing electrical system after confirming it is fully up to code
  • Adapting to the existing ductwork after performing a static pressure test to ensure the ductwork is adequate size for the new system
  • Adapting to the existing gas line, and providing a gas tag showing it is certified and safe
  • Adapting to existing 'system 636' venting system
