After-Hours Emergencies Happen. We Are Here To Help.
If You Require Immediate Emergency Service Outside Of Our Regular Business Hours An Additional Fee Is Required For After-Hours Service.
Our Regular Scheduled Hours Are From 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, We Do Our Best To Accommodate During Our Regular Business Hours.
Includes Travel & up-to One Hour of Diagnostics once our CoolHeat Comfort Technician arrives on site.
What To Expect:
During This Hour Our Technician will inspect & test components of your equipment in order to determine the Cost Of The Repair, which may include requiring replacement parts and further labor charges.
Our technician must be able to duplicate the concern, such as rattles, smells, abnormal operation, or intermittent failures, if unable to duplicate the concern our technicians will do their best to find the cause within the One Hour Of Diagnostics- further labor charges and additional fees may be required to duplicate the concern to find the cause.
