The Initial Service Call - First Visit, Includes Travel & up-to One Hour of Diagnostics & Repair If Possible, once our CoolHeat Comfort Technician arrives on site. 

During This Initial One Hour Service Call Our Technician will inspect & test components of your equipment in order to determine the fault, cause of problem and the total Cost Of The Repair, which may include requiring replacement parts and further labor charges.  

Our team will provide a quote for any work required to repair your equipment above the Initial Service Call Fee

Our Regular Scheduled Hours Are From 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, We Do Our Best To Accommodate During Our Regular Business Hours.

Our technician must be able to duplicate the concern, such as rattles, smells, abnormal operation, or intermittent failures, if unable to duplicate the concern our technicians will do their best to find the cause within the Initial Service Call, One Hour Of Diagnostics - further labor charges and additional fees may be required to duplicate the concern to find the cause.  In some cases this may require multiple visits.
